The Challenge

Bringing a two-facility community corrections program online

Eastern Ohio Correction Center (EOCC) operates two Community-Based Correctional Facilities — one in Wintersville and one in Lisbon, Ohio — serving residents, families, and referring counties across the tri-state area. The organization needed a modern web presence that could clearly represent both facilities, make key documents and resources easy to find, and hold up to the level of trust families and partner agencies place in it.

What We Did

A full rebuild, backed by real media and real documentation

  • Built an entirely new website from the ground up for EOCC

  • Digitized existing documents (handbooks, forms, resident and family resources) into an organized, easy-to-navigate library

  • Shot new media on-site at both the Wintersville and Lisbon facilities

  • Structured separate, clearly organized sections for the Wintersville and Lisbon facilities so families and residents can find facility-specific information quickly

  • Implemented local SEO fundamentals to improve visibility for the organization's name and service area
